Report List
- The Report module assists the customers in tracking Orders and Inventories based on status.
- The inventories can be tracked based on products and provides details even at the item level.
- Skystruct handles inventory tracking from inception to delivery and de congests the stakeholders time from relentless follow-ups
- There are 3 tabs when you come across Reports namely; Order, Inventory and Assign Asset Report.
- By default Order tab is selected. Entire details regarding the Order Report will be shown.
Report Filter
- Use the filter provided which is accessible for all the tabs but with different inputs. You can select a category or all categories.
- Request By and Request To will be displayed along with the total quantity and total amount.
- Input the data and click Search.
Report Order History
- Click on the History button as shown.
- Now you can view the Order History as shown.
Inventory List
- Select 2nd tab from tab list, i.e. Inventory
- In depth view of the Inventory will be shown.
- You can 2 download buttons over here; One next to filter button and the other next to log button (Discussed below).
- The former one can be used to download the entire Inventory List and the latter one can be used if you want to download only a particular Inventory data.
Inventory Filter
- Click on Filter button as shown to narrow the view.
- Select the inputs as desired and click on Search.
Inventory Log
- If you want to view the Inventory Order log click on the Log button as shown.
- You can see the entire order history.
Assign Asset Report List
- Select the 3rd tab from the tab list, i.e Assign Asset.
- You will see the details of all the assets assigned.
Assign Asset Report Filter
- Click on the Filter button to filter the data listing.
- Select category and click on Search.
