Members

Members List

  • Select Members from menu. Members list will be visible as shown below.
  • All the users/members will be listed along with their roles, login & project information.
  • It also shows the statuses of the members as active/deactive.

User Details

  • Click on the Edit button as shown to update member's profile and account details. You cannot change the role and service from here.
  • Update members details and click on Update Details.
  • Here you have an option to re-invite a member. You just need to click Re-Invite Member. Use this option when you want to re-invite a member through mail. In cases, where a member does not receive invite mail, you can use this option.

  • Select Assign Project from the left side menu.
  • This is the user details section. Here you can change the reporting member and service from the available services.
  • Just click on project/projects to add them under All Projects. Click the project/projects under All Projects to send them back under Assigned Projects.
  • Click on Update Details once done.

  • Select Account Details from the left side menu.
  • It shows the account details and allows you to make password modifications.
  • Just click the button to toggle between active and inactive. You can make a member active from here, if it was inactive and vice-versa.
  • Here you have a receiver mail. This includes such as mail which can be used to send a mail from gmail to skystruct directly.
  • You can copy this mail to clipboard using the button as shown.
  • Use the Update and Submit button to save changes as per requirement.

  • You can click on the Mail button as shown to see all such receiver emails.
  • All categories of mails are available here; All, Inbox, Sent, Archive, Spam.
  • To create a new group, click on New Group. Mnetion details and click on Add. Group list will be shown if already created. You can edit and delete the same as well.
  • If you wish to create a new type, click on New Type. Fill the details and click on Add. Type list will be shown if already created. You can edit and delete the same as well.
  • To compose a mail from here directly, click on the bottom right button as shown. You will see a proper mail structure as shown in the below diagram.

  • Select Search from the left side menu.
  • It shows the changes such as adds, updates, deletes, approvals, statuses.
  • Use the search bar if you want to search any particular change.
  • Scrollbar is provided for viewing till the end.
  • You can also use the filter as shown to narrow your search. Give proper inputs and click on Search.

  • Select Activity from the left menu.
  • It shows the Activity status as well as the priority along with the Activity details with the help of a bar diagram.
  • Hover over any of the bars to view the Activity name and its progress percentage.
  • There is a filter where you can view data project wise.

Organization Workflow

  • Click on the depicted button to view the organization workflow.
  • Entire workflow would be shown in detail. You can zoom in and zoom out the workflow using the scroll up and scroll down.

Department

  • Click on + as shown to add a new department.
  • Mention name and click on Add.
  • You would see the department list if added already. You can edit and delete the same as well.

Add Details

  • Click on the button as shown to add a user's details.
  • Mention all required data and click on Save.
  • As discussed before, here also a project can be moved from All Projects to Assigned Projects and vice-versa just by clicking on the project/projects.

  • Use the last button to filter members' data based on project and status.
  • Click on Search once done.
