Reminder List
- All the reminders regarding a module and a service can be defined here.
- If reminder/reminders are already added, listing will be shown.
- Alert type can be mentioned as desired.
- You can set the reminder to Expired if a reminder seems to be expired.
- Reminder can be sent to a particular member/members/all.
- Select Reminder from menu.
New Reminder
- To add a new reminder, click on New Reminder.
- Select the service, required attributes and alert type.
- Specify the details and click on Add Reminder.
Edit Reminder
- To edit a reminder, use the option under Action column.
- Select the desired attributes and the alert type.
- Change required data and click on Update.
Reminder Filter
- Use the Filter as described before to search by module and action.
- From here you can select the service whose reminder you want to view and the action.
- Now, click on Search.
Column Visibility
- You can control what column you prefer to be seen.
- Just click on the Settings icon as shown in the below image.
- Tick the columns that you want to view and untick the ones you don't desire to view.
- In case you change your mind, you can tick the untick ones and vice-versa.
