H&S Report

Report List

• Health and safety form an integral part of labour wellness and over becomes vital for mitigation of any averse impact on the project as a result of vulnerabilities.
• Skystruct tracks this important metric and gives it the importance it deserves.
• Select H & S Report from menu.
• Health and Safety reports of labourers can be viewed here, only if a labourer has underwent a health check up already.

New Report

• To add a new report, click on New Report.
• Enter latitude and longitude or select the same using map.
• Enter data and click on Add.

Report Filter and Download

You can view the report based on Status (Approved, Rejected or All).

Just select appropriate option from the filter.

Filter includes 3 values; All, Approved, Rejected.

Next to filter is the Download icon. Click on it to download attendance document locally.

Edit Report

• Click Edit under Action column to make any updations.
• Select name and mishap type(how did the incident happen).
• Click on Update when done.
• You also have the audit and approvals option with the same functionality as discussed in Construction and Inventory services.

Report Location

• Select the option under Location column to open a google map showing the location of the check up.
• Select your location.

Preview Report

Click the Eye under Files column to view the H & S document.
