Indent List
- A view indent is a comprehensive document that provides a detailed and organized representation of the spatial relationships, dimensions, and specifications of various components within a structure.
- t serves as a crucial reference for project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring a unified understanding of the design and facilitating effective communication throughout the construction process.
- Select Indent from menu.
- Shows the BOQ and order data in detail along with their statuses.
- The buttons under Action column can be used viewing audit and approval workflow.
- Clicking on the Eye button allows you to switch to Indent tab.
- Similarly clicking on New Indent also allows you to switch to Indent tab.
- You can approve and reject an indent directly using the tick and cross buttons.
Filter
- Click the Filter button as shown to narrow the data view.
- Select dates, order id and status. Now click on Search button.
- Clicking on New Indent also allows you to switch to Indent tab.
Generate PO
- Click the Generate PO button as shown to generate a purchase order.
- Add proper inputs as shown. Select products which you desire to include in your order.
- Click on Generate to generate a new purchase order.
Indent Tab
- Now you can see the indented item list in detail.
- Add details and click on Add Indent.
- To edit a particular indent, click on the Edit button as depicted.
- Now modify details as per requirement and click on Update.
Order Item
- To add a new order item, click on New Item as shown.
- Provide details and ultimately click on Add Item.
- You can use the Edit button under Action column to modify an existing entry.
- Modify details as required and click on Add Item.
- You can also delete an entry by clicking the Delete button as shown.
