Chat Box

What is a chat box?
A chatbox is a system for messaging with partners/groups or individuals integrated into a business site. It is easily customized to start, automate and integrate personalized conversations across various channels.
You can ask live chat questions or provide requests, and you will get replies if a user/users are online and proceed further accordingly. A chat widget can be dispatched in practically all chat applications including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp. A lot of apps use it now and people clearly understand that chats are future marketing.

Chatbox login

  • Click on the icon on the bottom right of the screen.
  • It will show the user who has logged in.
  • You can logout directly from this screen. Just click on icon next to the logged user name.

Chat with partners

  • Chats and public Chats are segregations of the chat box.
  • Chats visible to everyone come under public chats.
  • All groups come under public chats.

Chat with individual

  • Chats and public Chats are segregations of the chat box.
  • All private chats come under Chats.
  • These include personal messages/direct messages.

Add group

  • Click on the icon on the top right of the chat box to expand the chat box.
  • Expanded chat box looks like this.
  • Click on + to add a new group and then select participants.
  • Enter group name and click Create.

Log out

  • Click on the icon shown below to log out from the chat box.
  • Enter proper credentials and click Login to log back in.
  • You can logout direct from the home login as shown in Chat Login
